Expect the usual items with a Sundown twist including:
- The Sundown Benedict – Shiner Brisket, BBQ Hollandaise, Poached Egg on (2) Whole Wheat Molasses Slider Buns and Sweet Potato Hash
- Hammered Goat Frittata – Drunken Red Wine Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, Zip Code Honey and White Truffle Oil *Add chicken, bacon or brisket
- Vegan Green Drink – 16 oz. of Kale, Bananas, Berries, Cucumbers, Mint and Agave pureed into a delicious drink
The brunch menu was created by our culinary team of Executive Chef Patrick Stark, Executive Sous Chef Billy Cooper and Sous Chef Rolo Cantu. Along with the new brunch menu, we will continue to serve our regular dinner menu.
