{Dallas} Big D NYE
For the seventh year, Big D NYE continues at year at Victory Plaza. This event is free to the public, and all ages are welcome. Enjoy the live music and fireworks in the heart of downtown Dallas. The first band kicks off at 7:30 p.m. This is event is also televised on WFAA-TV! Over 35,000 people enjoyed Big D NYE 2013 from inside the gated venue, with thousands more celebrating from surrounding areas.
Produced in partnership by the southwest™s largest ABC television affiliate, WFAA and the American Airlines Center, this outdoor Times Square experience is like none other. The FREE, family friendly event takes place in Victory Park, which is home to the American Airlines Center, the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas Stars and WFAA™s sleek Victory Park television studio. Big D NYE boasts gigantic HD video screens, live music, special celebrity guests, and one of the largest New Year™s fireworks displays in the nation.
{Dallas} Granada Theater
Ring in the new year with some of the hottest bands coming to Dallas. Jonathan Tyler and the Northern Lights, Quaker City Night Hawks and The Roomsounds will be energizing and eventful! Tickets start at $20, and the music begins at 8 p.m.
{Dallas} The Grape Restaurant
Kick off your night on Greenville at The Grape. The bistro offers a three-course menu for $65 per person with an optional wine pairing for a $20 upgrade. Two-hour seatings begin at 5 p.m.
{Dallas} Highland Park Cafeteria
A family tradition since 1925, Highland Park Cafeteria provides a feast to enjoy on New Year™s Eve with delicious food a festive atmosphere and live piano music.
{Dallas} Hotel Zaza
Dallas™ fabulous Hotel Zaza is celebrating the NYE like it™s 1928. Appetizers, two drink tickets and live entertainment are a part of the lavish night. The party starts at 9 p.m. and costs $89 per person.
{Dallas} III Forks
Whether you want an intimate dinner or a Mardi Gras inspired party, III Forks is the perfect place to celebrate New Year™s Eve. The legendary steakhouse is using its downstairs dining area for traditional New Year™s Eve dining, while it will host New Year™s Eve Mardi Gras Style upstairs, complete with live entertainment. Reservations are required for either celebration.
The downstairs celebration features an expanded menu, including additional specials created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli and his team, including a Filet Mignon with Cold Water Lobster Tail for $79.95. Featured New Year™s Eve sparklers include Mumm Napa Brut Prestige at $50 a bottle and Perrier Jouet Grand Brut at $120 a bottle.

The hottest place to be in the Dallas/Fort Worth area this New Year’s Eve will be Sundance Square Plaza with music from America’s Best Party Band – Professor D starting at 10:30 p.m. Professor D is truly the most electric and hottest party/dance/variety band in the marketplace today. Led by two incredible and charismatic lead vocalists PLUS the V-Posse Horns, this is not just a cover band, it’s a SHOW! An exhilarating, personality-filled, audience-participation-heavy, in-your-face, non-stop SHOW! This group built their early reputation on horn-heavy disco and R&B but then, over the last 10 years, added nearly everything to their repertoire from rock, current Top 40 and ’80s favorites to contemporary jazz, standards, Motown, and 60s.
