Little food nerd cooking hack (sort of): I heart me some #curry. It’s my go-to when we order Thai food delivery. I only ate half of mine the other night. Long story short, we stretched our leftovers by adding in fresh yellow squash + frozen shrimp. Thrifty and tasty. Voila chicken + shrimp Panang curry with random veggies and white rice.
