Bolo Italian Grill is a new fast-casual Italian restaurant located in Southlake. The contemporary restaurant offers three main entrees: the Bolo (a popular Italian wrap on flatbread filled with your choice of meat, sauce and angel hair pasta), pasta bowls and salad. The choices are simple yet filling.

The price of each meal is dependent on the protein (or vegetarian) option that you select. There are a handful of meats, offering customers a variety to choose from – including chicken, crispy chicken, steak, Italian sausage, turkey meatballs and Atlantic salmon.  Vegetarians can opt for no meat and still enjoy the large pasta bowls, bolos and salads. Click here to see the entire menu.

For the salad, guests can choose from the following dressings, which are all made fresh in-house: Tuscan Ranch (roasted rep pepper with traditional ranch), Bolo Balsamic (extra virgin olive oil and oregano mixed with balsamic), Parmesan Red Wine Vinaigrette (red wine vinegar, grated parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil), Basil Pesto (basil, parmesan, pine nut and extra virgin olive oil) and Garden Herb Oil (garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, oregano, parsley and rosemary).

Every meal is completely customized, and you can pick and choose from many toppings. All toppings are included in the price of your meal.

Plenty of toppings to choose from – and are all included in the price of your meal. (Green peppers, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, corn, pepperoni, olives, artichoke hearts and more!

The pastas have a ton of cheese on them (and I love cheese, so I can’t complain). You can ask for less if that’s your thing. Choose from Asiago, Feta, Parmesan and Mozzarella. Continuing the customization, add one of the three homemade sauces to your bowls and Bolos, such as Alfredo (cream and parmigiana reggiano), Grandma’s Marinara (crushed tomatoes, garlic and basil) and Bolognese (spicy tomatoes, ground beef, garlic and chili flakes).

Sides and Drinks

Add a little more Italian grub to your meal with any of these sides: Bolo Dip (my personal favorite side!), Strombolo, Polenta Fries, the savory Italian Wedding and Tuscan Tomato soups and a slice of Tiramisu for dessert.

Bolo Italian Grill also offers four craft beers (one Italian and three from around Texas), wine by the class and a 4-pack of mini wine bottles, Bolini (sparkling wine and peach puree), delicious iced teas (regular, apricot orange and blackberry orange hibiscus) and fountain drinks.
