Lombardi Family Concepts Closes Cafe des Artistes to Focus on Expansion Lombardi Family Concepts Cafe des Artistes, the bistro at One Arts Plaza Dallas, will close its doors following a final dinner tomorrow evening, December 28^th. Although the restaurant saw acceptable business, Alberto Lombardi, president of Lombardi Concepts, has decided on a new strategic direction for his company.

As the popularity of both Taverna and Toulouse continue to grow, Mr. Lombardi is announcing that plans are underway to expand both concepts throughout Texas including new locations in Fort Worth, Austin and Southlake. Mr. Lombardi intends to maximize the dual-restaurant synergy that has been created on Knox Street in Dallas where both concepts are next door to each other.

Were sorry to see Cafe des Artistes go, but we have made a definitive, strategic decision within the company to aggressively focus on the expansion of our concepts, Toulouse and Taverna, said Alberto Lombardi.
