I love cupcakes because they are bite sized bits of heavenly yumminess that make me smile with every icing-filled bit I take.  I mean, look at them. How does your mouth not start to water with anticipation just looking at this!

I love cupcakes because they are under $2.00 and are an affordable luxury that can turn a frown upside down anytime I am having a bad day.

I love cupcakes because I can feel naughty and decadent eating one, but not feel as guilty as I would if I ate a whole pint of ice-cream or a huge piece of cake. It’s juuuuuuuuuust small enough to make it feel like a justified indulgence.
