According to the online website:
You will be able to plate your dish at the interview location. You are responsible for bringing your own kitchen utensils or other supplies needed to plate the dish. You will also be responsible for your own clean-up and disposal of the dish once audition is complete.
Bring the COMPLETED application with you to the audition.
