Hickory restaurant in Plano, a new concept opened by Chef Kent Rathbun, takes an elevated approach on burgers and barbecue. Throughout April, the restaurant is offering a new lunch special that will provide Plano-area diners with a delicious lunch for just $5.99. Talk about amazing food at an affordable price!
Each week this month, guests will see a new lunch entree at this great price, and the meals are completely comforting and filling.
The weekly specials remaining for April include:
April 11 to April 15
Pulled Pork Tacos with Roasted Corn Pico de Gallo, Cajun Hollandaise and Cilantro-Lime Rice
April 18 to April 22
Pulled Chicken BBQ Sandwich with Hand Cut Fries
April 25 to April 29
Smoked Chicken with Apple-Chayote Slaw and Crispy Tortilla Strips
Hickory is located at 8100 Dallas Pkwy, Ste 115 in Plano. Monday “ Friday lunch service begins at 11:00 a.m and ends at 4 p.m.
In addition to this amazing lunch deal, Hickory offers happy hour (Monday – Saturday), and a full menu featuring Southern comfort meals such as Smoked Brisket Enchiladas, Chili Burger and sharrable, gourmet desserts.
