When it comes to farm-to-table dining, Mudhen Meat and Greens has got it right! The rustic restaurant located next to the Dallas Farmers Market offers healthy and fresh food, and you don’t have to think twice about the ingredients. We recently stopped by Mudhen for its spring fling party in the Beer Garden, sampled the new spring menu while visiting with local vendors.

Mudhen’s New Spring Cocktails

Eight new cocktails make up the spring menu. All drinks are handcrafted and use no artificial sugars. There’s something for everyone on this menu, including the Pollita Punch (left image below — peach-infused tequila, agave, orange, lemon, grapefruit and a red wine floater)) and the Lillet Lady (right image below — lillet, grapefruit, prosecco). Pair these refreshing, creative drinks with food from Mudhen’s Beer Garden menu (patio menu) or regular dining menu.
