Beginning Friday, craft beer events will be taking over North Texas at more than 75 venues. North Texas Beer Week will showcase some of Americas best breweries found right here in the Metroplex. The festivities kick off this Friday, October 31 and continue through Sunday, November 9, 2014.
There are plenty of events to check out at some of our favorite locations, such as Flying Saucer, Meddlesome Moth and The Blind Butcher. If you’re a fan of craft beer (who isn’t?), you’ll definitely enjoy the array of activities including tours and tastings, rare keg tappings, a beer breakfast, beer cooking classes, food and beer pairing competitions, book signings with brewmasters and SO MUCH MORE. See the full list of events here.
Enjoy sips and sounds at Untapped Dallas, taking place at Gilleys Dallas on November 1. The festival will feature 12 live performances, headlined by Cake, 300+ beers on tap and numerous samplings. Tickets can be purchased by visiting untapped-festival.com.
Additionally, the inaugural Brewer’s Ball is your chance to rub elbows with elite members of the brewing industry on November 7 at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. The intimate event showcases local and national breweries and food from top Dallas restaurants. This semi-formal event is expected to sell out, so grab your tickets soon.
North Texas Beer Week is presented by The Dallas Morning News and Sportsradio 1310 The Ticket with help from many other generous sponsors.
