Frisco has welcomed Your Pie, a family-friendly, fast-casual restaurant that offers custom brick oven pizzas, paninis, chopped salads, gelato, craft beer and wine. As a North Dallas resident, I’m so excited for a great pizza restaurant to be so close by. (And did someone say gelato?? OMG!)
Diners can order off the menu or build their own pizza. The custom pizzas/salads/paninis are only $7.99 each and come with unlimited toppings. What a deal!
My table ordered a couple of pies including this Great White pizza. You’ll see all the pizzas here have a really thin crust (which I actually love), and this pizza is topped with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, ricotta and feta. Bring on all the cheese!
The Peach Prosciutto Pie, above, is a seasonal pizza to enjoy now through August 29. This sweet pie combines summertime flavors into one tasty meal. The delicious ricotta cheese is spread onto hand-tossed dough and covered in more cheese — mozzarella and Parmesan. The savory flavors are then topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, fresh peaches and chopped basil. Lastly, the pizza is drizzled with a house-made Honey Balsamic Glaze.
The Nat (above) is named after the owner’s wife, Natalie. This dish comes topped with basil pesto, mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, chicken.
You can also order a variety of sides like salads and cheesy bread.
You can’t miss out on the gelato here. Choose from an array of flavors, including the seasonal Strawberry Balsamic. You’ll be happy you did!
