Looking to show off that new Halloween costume but just can’t wait until Saturday? “Push It” on over to The Rustic next Friday night to check out a legendary hip-hop group before Halloween!
Salt-N-Pepa (and of course DJ Spinderella) will be rocking The Rustic on Friday, October 30. Advance tickets are only $25 for the first 1,000 then $30 after. Tickets are available at therustic.com/event/salt-n-pepa2015.
The festivities kick off at 6:30 and costumes are encouraged. This is an all ages show, although the group performing “Let’s Talk About Sex” could get weird for anyone born after 1990.
Salt -N- Pepa is one of hip-hop’s first female groups. They burst onto the scene in 1985 with crazy hair-dos and tons of sex appeal. After 30 years, their classics remain timeless and they’ll celebrate Halloween at The Rustic by performing some of your favorites.
The Rustic is known for home-style cuisine, ice cold beverages and live music in Pat’s backyard. (Named affectionately after Pat Green.) The patio, adorned with oak trees and picnic tables, was named D Magazine’s Best of Big D 2014 Best Patio.
Last year’s tickets sold out, so “Shoop” on over to therustic.com and get yours, now! Rain or shine, the show will go on.
