Urban Crust in downtown Plano recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, and we were there to join the festivities! The restaurant opened its doors early for media and VIP guests, so we got first dibs on delicious wood-fired pizza and an array of cocktails. We also met the owners Nathan and Bonnie Shea and rubbed elbows with World Master Chef and partner, Salvatore Gisellu.
Throughout the night, Urban Crust raffled off prizes such as a free pizza parties, t-shirts, football tickets and lots of other great items. The proceeds of the raffle tickets were donated to the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) Food 4 Kids – Plano Initiative. We were happy to learn about the restaurant’s commitment to the community and the many ways they support NTBF.
